To Purchase:

  • Click on the Events Tab
  • Using the gold scroll-bar located to the right of the events box display, scroll down to the show of your choice, and click the performer name or icon.
  • Click and select "purchase tickets" and follow directives.

    ***** NOTE: Your email receipt from the purchase will serve as your admission ticket to the show!




Why Purchase In Advance?

Online ticket purchasing is strongly encouraged. It is safe, convenient, and helps us plan.

  • Preferred seating is provided to advance sale ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.
  • Advance sale tickets may be purchased on-line by selecting the event under Events Tab and clicking the Buy Ticket link.
  • Tickets may be purchased in advance at the river's end bookstore (19 West Bridge, St. Oswego, NY,  315.342.0077), or at any show prior to the event.

WALK-IN TICKETS

General Admission Tickets may be purchased at the door.

PASSES

Amazing price and the best way to support the Music Hall!
 (use same process as purchasing event tickets - (see above) - just look for the pass of your choice as you scroll through events!

  • Current membership required
  • Admission to all regular shows for the season(s) purchased.
  • Entitles pass holder to prime up-front seating (table seating at most regular events)
  • 1/2 Price Children's Passes; children 5 and under free
  • Passes may be purchased online, at any OCPA show, at the river's end bookstore, or by sending a check with member contact information and season(s) desired to: Season Pass, Ontario Center for Performing Arts, P.O. Box 2088. Oswego, New York 13126.



TERMS

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets guarantee seating at the show represented.
  • Walk-In tickets may be purchased at $2 over the advance sale ticket price, for general admission seating dependent on availability of seats.
  • Tickets sold after 1p.m. on the day of the show will be general admission seating.
  • In the rare event that a show cancellation*, a refund of the purchase price will be made by the Music Hall to the purchaser's credit card.(automatically for online purchases). Allow two weeks to process refunds. *This has happened only thrice in our long history!
  • Passes purchased by nonmembers or expired memberships will be charged a Basic Membership Fee of $10 at the first show attended.
  • Credit to season pass holders for a cancelled show will be pro-rated at an amount to be determined by OCPA.
  • Advance ticket and Season Pass holders arriving late are entitled only to available general seating and will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
