2026 Board of Directors
The Oswego Music Hall is headed up by a team of dedicated community leaders
committed to furthering the Music Hall's mission.
Ellen Wahl, President
Ellen is a founding member of the Board and has served in
various capacities for 40 years, most recently as Artistic Director
(16 years). Ellen retired from a career in human development as
Director of RSVP of Oswego County.

Joe Perry, VP, House Manager
Retired City of Oswego Fire Chief and independent business owner, Joe joined the Board in 2020. He takes on key challenges including grant writing, house management and food procurement.

Margaret Bocsor, Treasurer
Maggie retired from a career in Financial Administration and
has served on the Board 10+ years. Her passion is serving
those who are passionate about live music, horses, and
land &water conservation, with a goal of strengthening
non-profits with similar goals and serving on their boards. Maggie is one of two liaisons with management on the Endowment Committee.

Tom Lambert, Artistic Director
Retired Manager from Xerox Corp.Tom’s been on the Board 9 years; initially as Membership Secretary. A lifelong music lover with a broad appreciation of multiple genres, Tom and the Artistic Committee visit festivals, conferences and venues throughout the region to put the best talent possible on stage. Member Marketing Committee.

Brian Dice, Technical Director
With a degree in Live Broadcasting, Brian has served as an
audio engineer for the Music Hall for 13 years and joined the
Board in 2019. Brian trains and schedules sound and lighting
technicians, including student interns from SUNY Oswego.
Brian is employed with Auxiliary Serviced of SUNY Oswego
and runs sound for the campus chapel.
Michael Moss, Recording Secretary,
Volunteer CoordinatorMichael has monitored Board meetings since 2019 and joined the Board in 2022 when he became Recording Secretary. Michael is employed at ARISE Independent Living Center Michael is also a participant in the SUNY Oswego Festival Chorus and serves on their Board of Directors. Member Marketing Committee.

Thomas Meyer
Tom is a Luthier’s Apprentice, strong in public relations and an avid music fan, frequently visiting distant venues. He joined the Board in 2025, assisting in procurement and artistic direction. In 2026 he was promoted to Assistant Store Manager of Lowes in Camillus.

Patti Graham, Special Events Coordinator
Patti graduated from SUNY-Oswego with a degree in theater and has been working in NYC as an event director. For the past 20 years she has been singing with a New Orleans Jazz band, performing in various clubs in the NYC tristate area, as well as working with a production company portraying artists such as Judy Garland and Patsy Cline. In 2025, Patti returned to Oswego and began volunteering at the Music Hall. She joined OCPA’s Board in 2026,

Rangit Dighe, Social Media Manager
Dr. Dighe teaches in the SUNY Oswego Economics Dept. He joined the OCPA Board in 2013 and is addicted to performing at open mics and porchfests.

Debra Rose
Debra graduated from the U of Colorado with degrees in communication and modern history. She is an Artist, paralegal and Village of Fair Haven Planning Board Chairperson. She's been on the OCPA Board 6 years; one year as treasurer. With an eye for detail she is an avid proof reader and frequent show volunteer.

TJ James, Technical Advisor
TJ is the principal recording engineer for Subcat Studios in Syracuse; on the Board 8 years. He helped guide the launch of our internship program and first live stream recording.

Kathaleen DeMott, Publicity Coordinator
Kathaleen has been on the board 5 years and served the first year as Recording Secretary. She is a human development professional with a strong background in print media and advertising. She distributes press releases regularly for National Stage, Open Mic Fridays and Guest Curator events. Member Marketing Committee.

Dave Gillespie, Email Manager, Evaluations Manager
Dave is a Musician and retired electronics engineer. He’s been a Board Director 10 years, attends festivals and conferences and is our liaison with NYSCA. Member of the Endowment Committee with a forte in stock investment. Member Endowment Committee

Nicholas Gentile
Nicholas is a playwright and animator currently writing a short tell-all autobiography regarding his involvement with the Oswego Music Hall for their website. This uncompromising exposé, of which you've just reached the second (and final) sentence, promises to SHOCK and AMAZE the reader with lurid tales spanning all the way back to his early days as a guest-curator of "Oswegonian Rhapsody" (2025) up to his most recent exploits staging the banned-in-49-states "Lake Effect Show" for 13126 Day (2026). Member, Guest Curator Committee.

Tim Nekritz
Tim Nekritz joined the Board in 2024 and is the Director of Communications for SUNY Oswego, where he also teaches a class in blues history. A multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter, he also founded a Songwriter's Circle and hosts a monthly Variety Show.

Our Team
While the Oswego Music Hall is a working board, several volunteers from the general membership assist in key capacities. Some of these team members are listed below:
Leeanne Perry, Webmaster
When she's not teaching K-2 in the Oswego City School District and keeping our website current, Leeanne is helping the VP with grants and hospitality preparations or contributing a warm atmosphere at shows.

Mike Shaver, Facilities Coordinator
Mike was the second Board Director to term out but remains committed to the Music Hall, managing facilities and volunteering with the sound crew. ​
​
Norma Henry, Membership Secretary and snail mail correspondence
Norma has her masters degree in social work but left the profession to become a full time caregiver for a disabled family member. Norma loves providing the personal touch when corresponding with members.

Mark Wahl, Guest Curator Coordinator, SUNY Intern Manager, Past President
Mark frequented the Music Hall during its formative years and was a founding member. He presided over the Music Hall when it “grew young” adding stages in addition to the national stage, namely Hook, Open Mic Friday and Guest Curator (including Jazz). He is a singer/ songwriter and luthier and lends his considerable expertise, energy and passion to keep OCPA thriving. Chair of By-Laws Committee; lead negotiator in lease with the City.

​Charlie Brown, Business Advisor
Charlie is a retired manager from Sieman’s Corp. with extensive business acumen in the profit and non-profit sector. He is treasurer for his church in Syracuse which doubles as a folk venue. Charlie learned of the Music Hall through his wife Janet who has been attending Music Hall concerts since our formative years. Chairs Endowment Committee and serves on By-Laws and Lease Committees.​
